Peppermint Ice Cream Pie
Serves 8-10
No holiday feast is complete without dessert! This refreshing pie isn’t too heavy to top off a festive dinner!
1 pint peppermint ice cream, softened
1 purchased chocolate pie crust (available in the cake mix section)
1 can whipped topping
Candy canes, crushed
Mini chocolate chips, or chocolate syrup
Spread the softened ice cream into the pie crust. Freeze until solid. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream and top with the crushed candy canes, and chocolate chips or syrup.
