1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
Juice of one lime
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat grill to medium. Combine the mustard, chili powder and garlic. Toss the shrimp in the mixture to coat lightly. Thread onto skewers and grill until done, about 2 minutes per side.
Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro.
Makes 8 appetizer servings
